What is Culturaluxe’s return policy?

At Culturaluxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. How can I track my order?

Why is my item temporarily unavailable?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
